BENEFITS OF MEMBERSHIP
The Center offers more than 100 events monthly, including themed dance parties, daytime playtime space, and special events like New Year's Eve. There's something for everyone.
The CSPC hosts educational events by the Foundation for Sex Positive Culture, including social and support groups and an average of more than 10 workshops per month. It also houses the Pacific Northwest Library for Sex Positive Culture, which has a broad collection of over 6,000 pieces - many rare and unusual - and is one of the largest of its kind.
Our members have access to all of these benefits, and more.

February Meeting Friday February 3rd!
The Passport program is like a “buddy system” for new members – as well as existing members who would like to get more out of the events they attend.
At several scheduled events each month, Passport gives you the opportunity to attend the Center with a small group of familiar faces: other members of the program, as well as Passport Guides on staff who will act as your hosts.
Each month starts with a Passport Meeting on the first Friday. This is a social gathering where Passport Guides introduce members to each other, so that you can start to form a new network. You can choose from the list of Passport events; much like booking a travel itinerary for your tour group.
At the next month's Passport Meeting, you can meet new members coming into the program and share your experience. You can also break off from the group at any time, and find your own fun.
If you don't make it to the first Friday Passport Meeting, you're still welcome to join the Passport group at any scheduled event. Just pay at the door and ask the staff to point out a Passport Guide — then come on over and introduce yourself!
The Passport program is available at no additional cost; just the normal cost of attending events. The Passport Meeting and some socials are available to non-members, but you’ll need to be a paid CSPC member to attend most events.
Passport Events for February are:
- Passport Meeting – Friday, February 3rd, 7:00pm. Meet the Passport volunteers, other members joining this month, and prior Passport folks.
- On the Market – Friday, February 3rd, 8:00pm. This “mixer” immediately follows the Passport Meeting and is a fantastic way to make connections for play or dating.
- Grind Party and Dance – Thursday, February 9th, 9:00pm. High-energy dance and BDSM party. Includes The Chill at 10pm, a quieter place to socialize and play.
- The Hump! – Wednesday, February 15th. Social starts at 6:00pm with the Cuddle Huddle touch experience at 6:45pm. Party starts at 8:00pm: a sex-themed party including dance music and solo space.
- Poly Social & Party – Friday, Febrary 24th, 8:00pm. A social gathering for Polyamorists (and those curious about Polyamory, an inclusive way to love).
- Rough & Tumble – Monday, February 27th, 6:00pm. An evening for rough and sexy take-down play. Revel in what you find sexy about struggle play.
Then come back and join us at the Passport Meeting and On the Market Friday, March 2nd, and tell us about your month!
Please see the Calendar on this web site for more event details.
Membership Survey Responses
The Center recently asked members to complete a survey about CSPC. Over the past few years, we have focused on expansion, events and being a great resource for our community. Now we are reassessing ourselves and planning for the future. Thank you so much to the 375 of you who completed the survey. Here is the data we collected.
The most important things we provide are play equipment, safer sex supplies, laundry and educational programs. The reasons we desire to attend are many and varied. We asked what attracts you (respondents ranked importance of each item): 92.2% friendliness, 85.5% socializing & meeting people, 81.5% BDSM , 66.8% Bondage, 62.9% Sex, 59.2% Music, 49% Ds.
